It’s hard to believe we’re already closing out 2025. This year absolutely flew by, and it reminded us why it’s so important to pause, reflect, and appreciate the journey — the work we’ve done, the connections we’ve made, and the fun we’ve had building something meaningful together.

We couldn’t be more thankful for the new team members who joined Connective this year, the clients who trusted us with their most critical initiatives, and the community that continues to rally around what we’re building. This year has been energizing, humbling, and full of momentum.

Where We Started and Where We Are Now

At the beginning of 2025, we were a fledgling organization — a handful of colleagues aka “Connectors”, a few incredible clients, and a ton of ambition. What we lacked in size we made up for in experience, shared values, and belief in doing things the right way.

As the year unfolded, something special happened. Momentum built. Word spread. New clients enlisted their trust in us. Talented people chose to join us. The vision became real. We collectively “Created Connection and Inspired Innovation”.

• Our team size quadrupled in 2025 (45 employees at year end)
